Description:
The building occupies a site which has a long association with policing in the City, as it is partially located on ground where Victorian Police buildings stood. The current Headquarters building was first occupied in 1972 by the former Aberdeen City Police and on local government reorganisation in 1975 the newly created Grampian Police assumed occupancy.
