A Closer Look

The small finds of the Bridges Collection includes a great variety of finds. For instance, the first artefact in the gallery is a small terracotta disk with the image of a woman on its face (HC1994.3(140)). It is possible that this could be a representation of Medusa.

The next artefact on display is what is most likely an Ottoman pipe (HC1994.3(141)).
